Hi there, I’m Ronen. It’s great to connect with you.
I never set out to write handbooks. My journey began with a personal search—trying to understand my own anxiety and find tools that actually worked. Like many of you, I wanted real answers, practical strategies, and a path to lasting change. Along the way, I discovered a passion for helping others navigate the complexities of modern life with clarity and confidence.
That’s why I created The Therapist’s Handbook series—practical, no-nonsense guides designed to cut through the noise. These books come from years of experience in my private practice, working with people facing anxiety, burnout, trauma, and the everyday struggles that can hold us back.
My approach is grounded in evidence-based therapies like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), all woven together through the powerful framework of Process-Based Therapy (PBT). I focus on identifying the unique patterns that keep us stuck and providing the tools to break free.
Before becoming a full-time therapist and author, I spent years in the tech world, leading teams and designing user-centered solutions. That experience shaped my solution-focused, results-driven approach—something I now bring to both therapy and writing.
